Return Period

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • custom or personalized products
  • personal care goods (beauty items)
  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refunded item value.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have.
Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Items must remain unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
